Since she moved to Park City from London in 2004, Karen Keating has focused on ski and golf properties. A member of Talisker Club and Promontory Ranch Club as well as Home House in London, Karen understands the needs and tastes of the discriminating buyer.

A native of New York, Karen has been skiing since she was two. She attended the Stratton Mountain School in Vermont, raced for the Cornell University Ski Team and coached ski racers at Vail. She graduated from Cornell in 1988 with a degree in business management and marketing and spent most of her career as a top-performing strategic account manager for Oracle, first in New York and then in London. Her international experience, marketing prowess and sales skills easily transferred into real estate. She's a Director at the Park City Board of REALTORS as well as the Park City Historical Society and Museum.

Karen is married to Daniel Keating, a former English rugby player. When the couple decided to move to a ski town, they chose Park City because of its small town feel and big city amenities. Like many buyers, they appreciated its champagne powder and proximity to an international airport. Karen and Daniel have two young children who are following in their mother's tracks. They take ski lessons at Deer Valley and often race their parents and grandparents down the slopes.
